We have to rate Lisa as exceptional. She was the best Realtor we have ever had. We were Out-of-State sellers. For four years our house had been rented through a management company who began going down hill about the time we decided to sell. There were issues with the management company and the renters in making the transition. Repairs that needed to be done, a lawn service to hire etc. We placed our trust in Lisa and she took care of every thing. She made recommendations on reliable trades people and followed up to make sure the work was done. She sold the house quickly and really seemed to protect our interest as sellers. When we had a issue at closing with the Title company, Lisa once again stepped in handled the situation in order to make sure we were taken care of correctly. She worked hard to help us meet the goals we needed to meet and we never had to leave our current home. We would highly recommend Lisa to anyone. She is the best!

My wife and I were referred to Lisa through a friend when we began our home search in the Oviedo area. From start to finish, Lisa led us through our first home purchase with professionalism and integrity. She was with us at every step, from figuring out what we actually wanted for our new home to closing.
